SML Shipyard started in 1988 as a Ship Repair Division of Sembawang Maritime Limited then, a public listed company in Singapore. We were incorporated in December 1994 as SML Shipyard Pte Ltd and had evolved from a service provider to the Group’s considerable fleet of offshore equipment, cruise vessels and ferries to an ISO 9002 accredited medium size yard undertaking all types of commercial and defence related work.
