<b>Docks / Pontoons</b>
A dock is a place to build ships, inspect or repair ships at a shipyard. Mainly, it can be distinguished between wet docks (like a lay-by berth), self-contained docks (floating dry-dock) and dry docks (fixed dock installation on land to be entered from the sea side).
Pontoons or pontoon docks are floating structures that serve as a dock, following the fall and rise of the tide and can be moved by tug assistance.
