Pot Scheepvaart has confirmed an order for a second 6,340 DWAT Ice Class 1A multipurpose vessel with the Dutch shipyard Royal Bodewes. Construction of the new vessel is scheduled to commence in 2026, with delivery expected in the second quarter of 2027.

The vessel will share identical specifications with its predecessor, NB 757, which is currently under construction at the same shipyard. NB 757, equipped with advanced Ice Class 1A certification, is set to be launched next month, marking a significant milestone in Pot Scheepvaart's fleet expansion plans.
