Guangzhou Shipyard International Company Limited(GSI) was found in 1993, is the first listed shipbuilding company in China. It is a mainstay subsidiary under the large state-owned China State Shipbuilding Corporation(CSSC). Its rich tradition can be traced back to 1914, Guangzhou Shipyard, the predecessor company of GSI, was founded in 1954.
