Group with the registered capital USD99.9 million and the total investment amount of USD299.7 million. Yangzi-Mitsui Shipyard sits at the south bank of the golden channel of Yangtze River, and locates in the state-level development zone of Jiangsu Province - Taicang Port Economy and Technology Development Zone, Taicang City, which enjoys the convenient transportation, about 50km to Wusongkou Port by river, about 85km to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport by road and about 125km to Shanghai Pudong Airport. Yangzi-Mitsui Shipyard occupies the land about one million square meters, and is equipped with two 100,000t slipways, 1500m long outfitting quay, 200,000m2 steel workshops, 600t gantry crane, 150t gantry crane and other lifting facilities, various welding, cold working, finish machining, painting and other advanced equipment and facilities. The annual shipbuilding capacity is 12 ships with 100,000 deadweight tons.
