West Atlantic Shipyard is fully committed to providing Quality services to our esteemed customers in the field of vessel repair and maintenance. This quality policy statement is appropriate to the purpose of the organization, context of the organization, and its supports the organization strategic direction. Our priority is to ensure that our services satisfy applicable requirements relevant to the vessel repairs and maintenance industry. We are committed to adopting the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system standard to continually improve the organization quality management system relevant to the organization scope of services. To ensure sustainability of service quality, we establish quality objectives at corporate, processes and other relevant levels within the organization. This policy is communicated to all staff of West Atlantic Shipyard, and relevant interested parties.

West Atlantic Shipyard Security Policy Statement West Atlantic Shipyard is committed to the security of all activities undertaken in the shipyard, personnel, infrastructure, information, equipment or other resources, as well as that of our clients/customer. Having obtained statement of compliance from Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) on the ISPS code, we are committed to the security and safety of our personnel, subcontractors, customers doing business within the shipyard. The top management of West Atlantic Shipyard takes the following security policies as its core goal and priority; Commitment to prevent, avoid, and reduce the likelihood and consequences and disruptive or undesirable events, Commitment that security measures and procedures are regularly inspected, validated, and verified to maintain high levels of security standards throughout the shipyard, Ensuring the physical security and safety of all personnel and equipment within the perimeter of the shipyard. Ensuring the physical security of customer’s property by protecting them from accidental or malicious damage, theft, and sabotage. The commitment that all security-related incident will be reported, recorded and where necessary, corrective actions taken to improve the overall security standard. Commitment to ensure that security policies and procedures are implemented according to the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code. To ensure that the professionalism, knowledge and integrity of those involved in security matters is tightly controlled through establishment and implementation of training, recruitment, and procedures.
